Why we do what we do:

We work on a print on demand basis, this means that delivery will take from 7-10 working days, unfortunately, this means a longer wait for the customer to receive their product.

Why do we do this you may ask? Well, this ensures we keep a lower carbon footprint, which is better for our environment as a whole. This also ensures we do not have a large investment of capital, meaning we will not have dead stock and money wasted. With this method, we are able to offer many more designs to our family members, which allows us to invest more time and resources on making cool designs and to ensure they are readily available to our family members. 

This also means a slightly higher cost for our family members, although do not be mistaken, we are open and honest and we do NOT make a lot of profit from these products. We pursue StyleLab because we love designing and love the idea behind the company. Doing something you enjoy and being able to do it as a career. 

 

What this means for the consumer:

We do not like to compromise on quality. But we understand we live in an expensive time. Therefore we offer some more budget friendly options for people who do not want to spend a larger sum of money, but without compromising on the quality of the product.

We also offer premium options for our family members, these are higher quality, thicker materials. We try to ensure that almost all of our products are made from organic and environmentally friendly products (Organic ring-spun cotton, recycled polyester etc.). 

*This may have exceptions when it involves unique one-off limited edition designs as these will be manufactured out of very specific materials to have a unique quality and feel for the design.

 

About Us: 

We try to maintain transparency with the consumer, in the end, we are just like you, a human being, trying to improve their life. We intend to ensure you enjoy your purchase with us and feel like you are truly part of a family.

This company was started as a way to let other people enjoy a creative, imaginative and positive product. We will always be here to answer questions, queries and criticism. We do not intend to be a massive company, or a million pound company, we are here to pursue something we love and enjoy the things we have a passion for. We appreciate everybody on this planet and believe everyone deserves an opportunity to enjoy a quality product at a fair price. 

We will always try to improve our products and pricing, as the company grows, prices will improve as our goal is not to make millions, but to provide a quality product at the lowest price possible considering our circumstances at the time. 

 

Delivery & Returns:

UK: We aim to deliver within 7-10 working days.

International: We aim to deliver within 10-14 days. 

*Please consider this does not include any time and/or delays caused by customs, airlines or international delivery agencies. 

We understand this may be longer than a normal company, but for your understanding, we do this so that when a customer orders their product, the product is manufactured and then posted. This avoids any unnecessary dead stock and allows us to offer a much wider variety of designs. But this also means less profit for us as a business. 

 

Returns:

We understand - sometimes a tee or hoodie just isn't what you wanted or you simply bought the wrong size and you want your money back. As long as an item is still in its original condition, not worn, no rips, tears or vomit, we accept returns, subject to the rules below, including rules about fair use. 99% of our products are returnable, we do not offer underwear, so keep your tightie whities in your dresser please. If a product shows wear and/or use, the product will not be returned and a refund will not be provided. 

We DO NOT do exchanges as products are manufactured upon the moment of the order. Please take care when ordering the correct size. If an exchange is needed, you will have to return the original product (in the conditions stated above) and then order the new product - Your return will be processed as per our returns policy. 

Nothing in this Returns Policy affects your statutory rights.

* In rare circumstances you may be asked to provide proof of purchase. 

You have 14 days from the day of delivery to notify us of a return of an item, subsequently you have 14 days to send the item back to us for a refund. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

We aim to refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

If you create a return for an item during the above timeframes but you can't return it to us within the time period due to uncontrollable circumstances, please get in touch with us, please remember - any refund will be at StyleLab's discretion.
